Participation in the development of the network's menus.
Testing new dishes in the technological kitchen.
Development of technological sheets.
Introduction of new positions according to technical requirements.
Participation in the training and development of chefs within the network.
Monitoring compliance with food preparation technology and sanitary standards.
Organizing photo shoots for preparations.
Secondary specialized or higher education in the technological field.
Experience as a technologist in the HoReCa field or chef.
Knowledge of preparation technologies and quality requirements for Italian and European cuisine (pizza, pasta, etc.)
Knowledge of the types of equipment in the Horeca field, operating principles, technical characteristics and operating conditions.
Discipline, organizational skills, ability to make decisions independently and work in a team.
