Responsibilities
What you will do:
Supervise the entire kitchen operation – from sourcing to presentation
Coordinate the team of chefs and efficiently organize their work
Create main menus, seasonal menus, and event-specific menus
Manage inventory, recipe sheets, and administration documents
Train and integrate new employees
Optimize costs and implement modern solutions in the kitchen

A minimum of 5 years' experience in running a kitchen
A portfolio with examples of menus or dishes
Solid knowledge about technological processes and management
Speed, discipline, team spirit
Valid health certificate
