• Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for available positions within Connect Imobil and its partners
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' skills and abilities
• Managing the CV database and maintaining contacts with potential candidates
• Coordination of the selection process and communication with interested departments
• Promoting job offers on recruitment platforms and social networks
• Ensuring an efficient onboarding process for new employees

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Solid knowledge of the Moldovan labor market and the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian (standard for Moldova)

• Salary of 750–1,600 EUR/month, plus performance bonuses
