Main Responsibilities:
Active searching and selection of staff for various positions within the company
Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
Managing the entire recruitment process: drafting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, making selections, and providing feedback
Monitoring staff fulfillment in stores and managing the candidate database
Requirements
Requirements:
Higher education completed or in progress
At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment.
Advanced knowledge of Russian and Romanian (written and spoken).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Results-oriented, courteous, and polite.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals.
