Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active searching and selection of staff for various positions within the company

  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates

  • Managing the entire recruitment process: drafting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, making selections, and providing feedback

  • Monitoring staff fulfillment in stores and managing the candidate database

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Higher education completed or in progress

  • At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Russian and Romanian (written and spoken).

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.

  • Results-oriented, courteous, and polite.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals.
