Management of the company's human resources processes;
Responsible for the areas of recruitment, on-boarding, compensation, and benefits for the company's employees;
Familiarity with current labor legislation and ensuring its proper application;
Responsible for the preparation of applicable internal documents regarding the managed process activity
Advanced studies in the field of human resources, legal, psychological make for a plus as professional trainer/formator experience;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the human resources field;
Advanced communication, organization, and time management skills;
MS Office operational knowledge;
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
