Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and attracting relevant candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and other digital sourcing channels;
• Contacting candidates for open roles by phone and email, presenting opportunities and initiating first discussions;
• Validation of basic information relevant to the role (experience, availability, language level, etc.);
• Building, developing and maintaining an active talent base for the company's needs;
• Close collaboration with recruiters and managers to understand the profiles sought and business priorities;
• Constant management and updating of candidate information in the internal database and recruitment platforms;
• Contributing to the improvement of sourcing processes by monitoring activities and continuously exploring new channels and methods of attracting talent;
• Promoting the employer brand and transmitting the company's culture and values to candidates.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Completed higher education;
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing is an advantage;
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2); knowledge of French is a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally, empathetically and adapted to different candidate profiles;
• Proactive and diplomatic attitude, solution-oriented and desire for continuous professional development;
• Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively manage activities in a dynamic environment;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools is an advantage.
