We are looking for a motivated and curious person to join our team in Chisinau. No previous recruitment experience is required – if you are eager to learn and develop, this role is for you. You will directly contribute to the identification and selection of the right candidates, working closely with the team in France and helping to build a successful team.
Responsibilities:
Identifying suitable candidates in available databases, social media and job boards, respecting the requirements in the job description.
Contacting identified candidates by phone and email.
Maintaining communication and collaboration with the recruitment team in France.
Using job boards in France, LinkedIn, Indeed.
Requirements:
Advanced French language skills (B2-C1) – you will communicate frequently in French.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
