Responsibilities
Functional Tasks:
Communicate with service customers and help them resolve any issues they may have via online chat;
Handle up to five customer chats at a time;
Support the client throughout their co-operation with the company;
Increase project loyalty;
Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality service.
Requirements
