A company in the field of home products and interior design solutions is looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to develop the customer portfolio and actively contribute to increasing sales.
Identifying and attracting B2B customers (companies, developers, distributors)
Managing relationships with existing customers
Presentation of offers and negotiation of contracts
Sales development by product category
Developing personalized offers
Market and competition monitoring
Management of the entire sales process (from contact to contract)
Customer trips and business meetings
B2B sales experience
Driving license category B (mandatory)
Technical knowledge about products (e.g. construction, furniture, heating systems) – advantage
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong results orientation
Working knowledge of CRM and MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
Romanian language – fluent, Russian and English – advantage
