Responsibility

  • Providing customers with high-quality service by efficiently and professionally managing tickets, bookings, and other requests;

  • Processing refund requests for delayed or canceled flights;

  • Responding promptly and courteously to passengers' inquiries and concerns;

  • Handling customer complaints in a calm and constructive manner, with escalation to a supervisor if necessary;

  • Keeping flight information up-to-date and communicating it to passengers;

  • Delivering quality telephone assistance and cultivating long-term relationships with customers.

Obligations

  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English;

  • Experience in sales (is an advantage);

  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;

  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Flexibility and adaptability.
