Providing customers with high-quality service by efficiently and professionally managing tickets, bookings, and other requests;
Processing refund requests for delayed or canceled flights;
Responding promptly and courteously to passengers' inquiries and concerns;
Handling customer complaints in a calm and constructive manner, with escalation to a supervisor if necessary;
Keeping flight information up-to-date and communicating it to passengers;
Delivering quality telephone assistance and cultivating long-term relationships with customers.
Excellent communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English;
Experience in sales (is an advantage);
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
Empathy and strong interpersonal skills;
Attention to detail;
Flexibility and adaptability.
