Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Planning and Organization : At the beginning of the day, analyze the situation of the clients in your portfolio and establish a plan for each stage of the sale: contact, presentation, negotiation, closing.

  2. Goal Setting : Setting clear daily goals (calls, meetings, viewings) is essential for achieving your sales target.

  3. Contacting Leads : Contact new leads and continue discussions with existing customers, with the aim of scheduling meetings or presentations.

  4. Organizing Presentations : Plan physical or virtual viewings, tailored to client needs.

  5. Getting Feedback : After each viewing, collect feedback and adjust your strategy based on customer preferences.

  6. Negotiating the Offer : After expressing interest in a property, initiate the negotiation process, understanding the expectations of each party.

  7. Closing the Transaction : After agreement, coordinate the signing of documents and verify the necessary documents.

  8. Long-Term Relationships : Provide after-sales support to build customer loyalty and obtain referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Self-discipline and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, but also in a team.

  • Customer orientation and the ability to understand their needs.

  • Knowledge of using a CRM system and basic digital skills.

  • Romanian and English at an advanced level; other languages are an advantage.

  • Energy and enthusiasm to successfully manage multiple transactions and daily customer interactions.
