Responsibilities
Coordinates and supervises the team's activity, ensuring the achievement of operational objectives and maintaining a collaborative and performance-oriented work environment;
Sets individual and team objectives (KPI), monitors their achievement and reports progress to management;
Periodically evaluates individual and collective performance, provides structured feedback and contributes to the professional development of team members;
Ensures motivation, guidance and development of the team through mentoring, coaching and continuous support activities;
Participates in the recruitment, onboarding and integration processes of new employees, including the planning and implementation of training programs;
Ensures the coordination of current operational activities and may take over the tasks of team members in situations of need;
Maintains effective communication with management, suppliers and other stakeholders, reporting risks, delays and operational bottlenecks;
Develops, automates and transmits periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) on performance indicators and team activity;
Produces complex analyses and reports to support operational and strategic decisions;
Participates in working groups and operational committees, contributing with analyses and recommendations;
Implements and proposes improvements to operational processes, in order to increase efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives;
Ensures the documentation, updating and compliance with internal procedures, as well as the transfer of knowledge within the team;
Uses internal tools such as performance evaluations, development plans, internal systems and organizational databases;
Contributes to maintaining a stable organizational climate, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement;
Ensures the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines in the area of responsibility.
Requirements
· Higher education in Economics, Finance, Marketing or other specializations;
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar coordination position in managing and supervising a team;
· Knowledge of English at level B2 and French at minimum level A2;
· Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom;
· Experience working in a CRM system.
· Ability to adapt to diverse organizational cultures and professional environments;
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
· Excellent time management skills and efficient organization of activities and projects.
