Responsibilities
Identifying supply needs based on existing stocks.
Analysis of data submitted by the Sales Department regarding product categories sold and needed.
Entering information received from suppliers into the database.
Planning and reporting on payments for import-export rights.
Constant communication with suppliers regarding product deliveries.
Preparation of the package of documents required for delivery.
Preparation of documents for the broker (customs).
Coordination with drivers for product pickup.
Informing suppliers about product pickup (notices, messages, etc.).
Updating files for the sales and logistics team.
Launching and monitoring complaints processes.
Continuous work in Microsoft Office, PDF, Email and vendor platforms.
Calculating the investments required for the following stocks.
Analysis of direct competitors' stocks.
Analysis of competitive trends.
Presenting analytical data about stocks and trends to the supervisor.
Valorization of goods at the time of loading from the supplier's warehouse.
Requirements
Knowledge of English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the purchasing/import department.
Experience in the field of electrical materials - an advantage.
Organizational skills and increased attention to detail.
