Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying supply needs based on existing stocks.

  • Analysis of data submitted by the Sales Department regarding product categories sold and needed.

  • Entering information received from suppliers into the database.

  • Planning and reporting on payments for import-export rights.

  • Constant communication with suppliers regarding product deliveries.

  • Preparation of the package of documents required for delivery.

  • Preparation of documents for the broker (customs).

  • Coordination with drivers for product pickup.

  • Informing suppliers about product pickup (notices, messages, etc.).

  • Updating files for the sales and logistics team.

  • Launching and monitoring complaints processes.

  • Continuous work in Microsoft Office, PDF, Email and vendor platforms.

  • Calculating the investments required for the following stocks.

  • Analysis of direct competitors' stocks.

  • Analysis of competitive trends.

  • Presenting analytical data about stocks and trends to the supervisor.

  • Valorization of goods at the time of loading from the supplier's warehouse.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the purchasing/import department.

  • Experience in the field of electrical materials - an advantage.

  • Organizational skills and increased attention to detail.
