Participate in preparing raw materials (meat, spices, casings, etc.) according to manufacturing recipes;

Handle and sort raw materials and intermediate products at various stages of the production process;

Assemble and operate machinery on the production line (grinders, cutters, mixers, stuffers, smokers, etc.);

Monitor the technological process and report any non-conformities or malfunctions of the equipment;

Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.

Previous experience in similar positions will be an advantage;

Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

Specialized secondary education will be an advantage.
