Connect Imobil is in the process of scaling and is looking for a strong Sales Director, capable of leading the team, implementing operational discipline and increasing the company's results.
We are not just looking for a "team leader", but a person who can control processes, people and daily performance. The role involves direct coordination of the team of agents, collaboration with the Call Center, Marketing and company Management, as well as active involvement in the development and streamlining of processes.
Leading and coordinating the team of real estate agents;
Organizing and conducting daily sales meetings;
Monitoring the discipline and activity of agents;
Verifying the correct use of CRM (amoCRM);
Control of tasks, follow-ups and unprocessed leads;
Daily analysis of the sales funnel;
Increasing conversion from lead to presentation and transaction;
Distribution and control of leads together with the Call Center;
Listening to calls and checking the quality of communication;
Coaching and agent development;
Participation in the recruitment and integration of new agents;
Identifying operational problems and implementing solutions;
Control of presentations, deposits and transactions;
Increasing the number of exclusive objects in the company;
Direct collaboration with Marketing for lead analysis and traffic quality;
Preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports;
Maintaining company standards and culture.
Experience in sales and management;
Experience in the real estate field – major advantage;

Availability for active involvement in the company's development.
Ability to simultaneously manage people, processes and operational pressure;
Ability to work under pressure and with KPIs;
Experience with CRMs;
Ability to make quick decisions;
