Responsibilities
Organizing productive work within the sales department;
Building a high-performing sales team: training, staff motivation, staff adaptation;
Developing and implementing high customer service standards;
Expanding the customer base: analyzing market conditions; actively growing the customer base; devising and overseeing product promotion activities;
Personally conducting negotiations with potential partners;
Overseeing accounts receivable;
Enhancing the CRM system and monitoring its use;
Supervising assigned tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a sales department manager;
Experience in building a sales team;
Ability to form a team and motivate employees;
Systematic approach: creation/implementation/monitoring of business processes/work algorithms that improve the efficiency of the company and its employees;
Knowledge of the Romanian language is a must;
Ability to make unconventional decisions;
Willingness to travel on business.
