Job description

Responsibilities

  • Organizing productive work within the sales department;

  • Building a high-performing sales team: training, staff motivation, staff adaptation;

  • Developing and implementing high customer service standards;

  • Expanding the customer base: analyzing market conditions; actively growing the customer base; devising and overseeing product promotion activities;

  • Personally conducting negotiations with potential partners;

  • Overseeing accounts receivable;

  • Enhancing the CRM system and monitoring its use;

  • Supervising assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales department manager;

  • Experience in building a sales team;

  • Ability to form a team and motivate employees;

  • Systematic approach: creation/implementation/monitoring of business processes/work algorithms that improve the efficiency of the company and its employees;

  • Knowledge of the Romanian language is a must;

  • Ability to make unconventional decisions;

  • Willingness to travel on business.
