Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Effective and persuasive communication with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions for the company's products/services; - Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to track interactions with clients; - Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients; - Handling and resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner; - Closely collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

Participating in free training and individual work with a trainer; 5. Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented attitude; 6. Using persuasion skills to achieve sales.
