Responsibilities
Development and implementation of sales strategies:
Knowledge of market trends, customer needs and competitors' actions
Identifying key areas for increasing corporate sales volumes and expanding the customer base
Creating long-term strategies aimed at increasing the company's market share
Coordination of the corporate sales department, including staff training and development
Setting clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring their implementation and providing feedback
Conducting regular meetings with the team to discuss results, share experiences, and solve current problems
Participation in negotiations with major clients and partners, concluding profitable contracts
Preparation of regular reports on the department's work results and analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out.
Requirements
Higher education in economics, management or related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management position
Successful experience in managing teams and implementing sales strategies
Ability to inspire a team, make decisions under uncertainty and take responsibility for results
Excellent negotiation skills, good oral and written communication skills (Russian and Romanian)
Confident PC skills (Word, Excel, 1C, Bitrix) for preparing reports, presentations and data analysis
