Job description

Responsibilities

Development and implementation of sales strategies:

  • Knowledge of market trends, customer needs and competitors' actions

  • Identifying key areas for increasing corporate sales volumes and expanding the customer base

  • Creating long-term strategies aimed at increasing the company's market share

  • Coordination of the corporate sales department, including staff training and development

  • Setting clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring their implementation and providing feedback

  • Conducting regular meetings with the team to discuss results, share experiences, and solve current problems

  • Participation in negotiations with major clients and partners, concluding profitable contracts

  • Preparation of regular reports on the department's work results and analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management position

  • Successful experience in managing teams and implementing sales strategies

  • Ability to inspire a team, make decisions under uncertainty and take responsibility for results

  • Excellent negotiation skills, good oral and written communication skills (Russian and Romanian)

  • Confident PC skills (Word, Excel, 1C, Bitrix) for preparing reports, presentations and data analysis
