Job description

Responsibilities

What you will do in this role:

· Team coordination and creating a positive and efficient working environment;

· Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing solutions for improvement;

· Evaluating team members based on established objectives

· Providing operational support in various tasks and projects;

· Participation in the recruitment process of new colleagues;

· Implementing the managerial routine (1:1 meetings with team employees, team meetings, etc.)

· Supporting reports and presentations in various meetings with management or clients.

Requirements

What we want from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in coordinating a team and interacting with management;

  • Advanced French (B2);

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);

  • Completed higher education;

  • Adaptability and empathetic communication skills.
