Coordinate and supervise the activities of the credit and operations departments to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to grow the loan portfolio, with a focus on SME clients and the agricultural sector. Manage relationships with financial partners and lending institutions to ensure access to resources. Monitor financial performance and credit risks, reporting results to executive management. Lead the team of lending specialists, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, lending or banking. In-depth knowledge of Moldovan lending legislation and financial regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Romanian and Russian. Ability to conduct financial analysis and assess credit risks. Relevant certifications in the financial field are an advantage.
