Job description

Our office offers specialized human resources management and staff recruitment services for tourist establishments in the island region of Greece, with a focus on seasonal employment (lasting six or eight months).

Responsibility

1. Baristas and bartenders

  • Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Serving customers with kindness and professionalism

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the bar/cafe/tourist establishment

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area

2. Service staff (waiters/waitresses)

  • Taking and serving orders

  • Ensuring a quality dining experience for guests

  • Effective communication with the kitchen and customers

  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety rules

3. Kitchen staff (chefs and cook assistants)

  • Preparing and cooking food according to the menu

  • Managing kitchen operations

  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety

  • Organization of space and equipment

4. Porters and security personnel

  • Facility access monitoring

  • Guest assistance upon arrival and departure

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment

  • Compliance with internal rules and safety procedures

5. Reception staff (Front Office)

  • Check-in and check-out management

  • Responding to guests' requests and needs

  • Reservation and document management

  • Coordination of communication between departments

6. Housekeeping Department

  • Cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas

  • Organization and maintenance of facilities

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality

  • Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction

7. Other specialties (concierge, guides, spa, animation, technicians, etc.)

  • Providing services specific to each field (tour guide, event coordination, maintenance)

  • Creating a pleasant experience for guests

  • Supporting hotel operations efficiently and professionally

Obligations

General requirements for all positions:

  • Seriousness and responsibility

  • Availability for seasonal employment (3, 6 or 8 months) in Greece

Salary

  1. Legal payment, through employment contract

    • All employees receive their salary according to Greek labor law.

    • Payment is made monthly or according to the terms established in the contract

    • Alternatively, payment can be made in cash, if provided for in the contract.
