Monitoring and implementing internal compliance policies;

Identifying and reporting suspicious transactions, in accordance with AML requirements;

Ensuring adherence to national and international legislation regarding AML/CFT;

Reviewing and updating internal procedures for alignment with regulations;

Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with the legal framework.

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in the AML field;

Knowledge of AML legislation and regulations;

Analytical thinking and attention to detail;

Good communication and collaboration skills;

Proficiency in Romanian and Russian, English language is an advantage
