Operator Call Center Parc Auto

We are looking for an energetic, communicative and results-oriented Call Center Operator to join an automotive sales team.

• Communication with customers by telephone;

• Managing requests and providing customer support;

• Entering and updating data in CRM systems;

• Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions;

• Maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

• Experience in using CRM (e.g. AmoCRM);

• Call center experience;

• Automotive knowledge;

• Excellent communication and relationship skills;

• Active listening and problem-solving skills;

• Attention to detail and multitasking skills;

• Punctuality and responsibility;

• Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

• Good knowledge of PC operation and Microsoft Office.

• Competitive salary: 15,000 – 20,000 MDL/month;

• Monday – Friday: 8:30– 18:00

• 2 Saturdays per month: 8:30-18:00
