Responsibilities

  • Communication with customers by telephone;

  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in using CRM (e.g. AmoCRM);

  • Call center experience;

  • Automotive knowledge;

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;

  • Active listening and problem-solving skills;

  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills;

  • Punctuality and responsibility;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

  • Good knowledge of PC operation and Microsoft Office.
