Answer customer calls and provide information about the company's construction and repair services.
Record customer data and forward requests to the competent departments.
To resolve customer issues and questions with professionalism and attention.
Maintain call records and complete daily reports.
To comply with quality procedures and company standards in every interaction with customers.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in call center or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Ability to use basic computer systems.

Salary of 12,000 MDL/month.
