We are looking for a Human Resources Director who will become a strategic partner to the business and directly contribute to building a healthy, high-performing and coherent organization.
This role is not about managing HR, but about building: processes, teams, culture and leadership.
You will have the freedom and responsibility to influence how the company grows — through people.
You will build and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
You will coordinate and develop the HR team (minimum 5 people)
You will attract and integrate key people (middle & top management)
You will create real performance, motivation and retention systems
You will contribute to the development of an authentic organizational culture
You will work directly with management on strategic decisions
You will bring clarity through data: retention, performance, salary structure
Experience in HR roles with real responsibility (minimum 3 years in a management role)
The ability to build, not just maintain, processes
Experience in recruiting and evaluating management positions
Strategic thinking + execution capacity
Influencing skills and working with leadership
Experience in retail, fashion is an advantage.
