Administration of personnel documents (contracts, job descriptions, orders, requests, etc.);
Entering and updating employee data in the internal database;
Archiving and managing personnel documents in physical and electronic format;
Preparation, administration and updating of personnel documentation according to the Labor Code;
Monitoring compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations and HR procedures;
Management of individual employment contracts, leave, timekeeping and other administrative personnel processes.
Higher education;
Good PC operating skills (Word, Excel, databases);
Attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills;
Thorough knowledge of labor law and personnel administration;
