Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Manager / Specialist , with experience in managing documentation and personnel processes. If you are attentive to details, have solid administrative skills and want to work in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.

Responsibility

  • Administration of personnel documents (contracts, job descriptions, orders, requests, etc.);

  • Entering and updating employee data in the internal database;

  • Archiving and managing personnel documents in physical and electronic format;

  • Preparation, administration and updating of personnel documentation according to the Labor Code;

  • Monitoring compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations and HR procedures;

  • Management of individual employment contracts, leave, timekeeping and other administrative personnel processes.

Obligations

  • Higher education;

  • Good PC operating skills (Word, Excel, databases);

  • Attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills;

  • Thorough knowledge of labor law and personnel administration;

  • Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;

  • Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
