Responsibilities
Monitoring and optimizing the technological process of production for bakery and pastry products;
Implementing and adapting recipes based on raw materials, equipment, and season;
Checking and controlling production parameters to ensure consistent quality of products;
Collaborating with the production team for training and monitoring;
Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards;
Proposing new recipes and improving existing ones.
Requirements
Specialized studies in the field of food industry (preferably with a specialization in baking);
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial or artisanal bakery/baking sector;
Solid knowledge of raw materials, fermentation processes, proofing, and baking;
Organizational skills, attention to detail, technical thinking;
Team spirit and effective communication skills.
