Job description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and optimizing the technological process of production for bakery and pastry products;

  • Implementing and adapting recipes based on raw materials, equipment, and season;

  • Checking and controlling production parameters to ensure consistent quality of products;

  • Collaborating with the production team for training and monitoring;

  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards;

  • Proposing new recipes and improving existing ones.

Requirements

  • Specialized studies in the field of food industry (preferably with a specialization in baking);

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial or artisanal bakery/baking sector;

  • Solid knowledge of raw materials, fermentation processes, proofing, and baking;

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, technical thinking;

  • Team spirit and effective communication skills.
